Four Seasons Property Maintenance provides services to maintain playgrounds and parks. We have the ability to powerwash and sanitize all playing surfaces, maintain the parking areas with sealcoat, line striping and thermoplastic and traffic control markings. We have many patterns from hopscotch to basketball courts.

We also install parking bollards for protecting the playing areas from traffic and of course can supply and install any signage.

Power washing: maintain, protect, beautify…. power washing pollution, staining is a great way to remove that “dirty” look off playground equipment. We have many safe, stain specific chemicals to renew the surfaces and remove mold, mildew and sanitize surfaces for a clean play experience.

Sealcoating: Restore The vital oils to your asphalt, extending the life of your parking area. Prevent gas, oil, and road salt from penetrating surface while enhancing your property’s curb appeal with a new looking appearance. We will apply our premium product FSPM Eclipse to ensure optimal coverage and our sand ratio provides and anti-slip surface to assist in pedestrian
safety.

Line Striping: Four Seasons Property Maintenance realizes that every parking lot needs sharp, crisp, clearly identified lines and traffic markings to optimize traffic flow and maximize parking potential. Curb painting and other traffic safety solutions are always available to our customers.

Thermoplastic: Four Seasons Property Maintenance provides our commercial customers with affordable liquid thermoplastic traffic markings. Extruded, at 100 mil this hot plastic with reflected beads offers a higher visibility, day or night, longer lasting (up to 10 times longer than paint) and a finally, a non slip marking that is safe for pedestrian traffic.
