We will apply our premium product FSPM Eclipse to ensure optimal coverage and our sand ratio provides and anti-slip surface to assist in pedestrian safety.

HOT CRACK FILL
The only choice for roadway and parking lot crack fill. We meet the specification ASTM D 6690 type II for Pennsylvania roadways. This product/ service is flexible at cold temperatures and can handle the freeze/thaw cycles of our winters. In Pennsylvania the purchase of this service qualifies for the liquid fuel benefit.

LINE STRIPING
Four Seasons Property Maintenance provides our customers with the best in line striping services. Low minimums and dependable service. We use high quality equipment and install high quality materials to guarantee a long lasting parking lot markings. We highly recommend “STOP” & STOP BARS, or high traffic markings to be thermoplastic. Thermoplastic will last up to 10 times longer than any painted markings.

THERMOPLASTIC
ur Seasons Property Maintenance provides our commercial customers with affordable liquid thermoplastic traffic markings. Extruded, at 100 mil this hot plastic with reflected beads offers a higher visibility, day or night, longer lasting (up to 10 times longer than paint) and a finally, a non slip marking that is safe for pedestrian traffic. MANHOLE RINGS
Four Seasons Property Maintenance installs: 10’’ or 26’’ MANHOLE PROTECTION RINGS. Preformed 125 mil thermoplastic, intersection grade protective ring that forms a long lasting bond with asphalt or concrete surfaces. In Pennsylvania the purchase of this service qualifies for the liquid fuel benefit.

POWER WASHING
Four Seasons Property Maintenance offers a pressure washing service for those stubborn areas that accumulate mold, mildew or general pollution and exhaust dust. Washing areas such as high traffic walks, or building facades can eliminate interior staining on entrance and lobby floors, stairs and hallway carpets.

SIGNS AND BOLLARDS
Four Seasons Property Maintenance will supply and install parking stops, bollards, or signage.
